design experience. He
has designed plumbing
and fire protection
systems for municipal,
educational, commercial,
healthcare and
industrial facilities.
Mr Michalec has been
involved in the plumbing
and fire protection
design processes of
several completed and
current projects which
include: Pinellas County
Judicial Building,
Clearwater Fire Station
48, City of Tampa Fire
Station 22 and the
renovation and LEED®
design of the
Jordan Park School
located in St.
Petersburg, Florida.
Currently, Mr. Michalec
is the Plumbing Project
Manager for the new
construction of several
Staybridge Suites hotel
projects. His
responsibility includes
project coordination,
point of contact for the
design and construction
administration phases of
these projects which
includes client
relations, shop drawing
review, field
observations, cost
estimating and
budgeting.
